I’m Kelly F. Lydon, the founder of KFL Strategies.

My work sits at the intersection of community, public relations, and events. I’ve spent 25 years doing this work, helping people and organizations bring others together in ways that matter.
 

I work with nonprofits, small businesses, artists, and creatives on event planning and community public relations. That might look like producing a gathering that brings people into the same room. It might look like building visibility through storytelling, partnerships, and place-based work. Often, it is a combination of both. The throughline is always connection.
 

I’m not interested in chasing attention for its own sake or defaulting to what PR is “supposed” to look like. I care about who the work is for, how people experience it, and what carries forward after the event or campaign ends.

​KFL Strategies exists to support work that is public-facing, community-rooted, and human. The goal is not just to be seen, but to be remembered and to build something people truly show up for.
