Lightmind Psychiatry is a mental health practice located in central Massachusetts. We offer services that include psychotherapy and medication management. The practice was founded in Rhode Island in 2024. A second location opened in North Grafton during 2025. Susan Gagnon PMHNP-BC has been working in the field of Psychiatry for nearly 20 years. The practice is expanding to include additional Nurse Practitioners and Therapists. We are an inclusive and welcoming practice, that seeks to support our clients with respect and dignity.
