After graduating magna cum laude from college, Kathleen Nagy furthered her education with 36 Master’s degree credits from Yale University Graduate School of Music. With over 20 years of experience in teaching instrumental and vocal music across elementary, college, and adult education, Kathleen has performed in orchestras, concert bands, and brass quintets. Transitioning to sound therapy over two decades ago, she now applies her deep understanding of musical harmony and structure to assist clients in managing physical and emotional challenges. Kathleen has pioneered techniques that connect the voice and brain, identifying each individual's personal musical key to address issues like anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, and depression. Her innovative approach helps hundreds of clients achieve a sense of balance and well-being through the healing power of sound.
